Group SUP Yoga

Classes are 75 minutes long and include a safety and paddle technique review. We will supply the SUP, paddle, anchor, and PFD (personal floatation device). Want to bring your own board? Choose that option at registration.

Private SUP Yoga

Want to bring your practice to a new level or focus on specific skills? Want to learn more about paddling or just want to practice and have one on one instruction? This class is for you and we will find a day and time that works for you along with the ides. This class is 75 minutes and includes board, paddle, PFD, and anchor. Safety and paddle instruction included.

Private Group SUP Yoga

Planning a family affair that is unique? Celebrating a Birthday, or want to build rapport with staff? Or plan a bachelorette party? Contact Tides of Life SUP Yoga to save the date. Six participants’ availability and all equipment are included. A paddle technique and safety briefing included.

Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard

Learn to SUP – Stand Up Paddleboard

This class is 75 minutes and includes basic paddle techniques on land and on water as well as a safety briefing. We then practice our paddle skills around the walk in boat launch area and explore the sights and sounds of Kittery Point in a safe environment. All equipment is provided (board, paddle, leash, and life vest).

Outdoor Yoga

Enjoy the Sights and Sounds of Outdoor Yoga from Kittery, Maine while overlooking Portsmouth, NH from The John Paul Jones Historic Site! Classes are 60-minute, Vinyasa style yoga class (all levels) and beginners Yoga. Classes are held (weather permitting). Yoga and Music with Chuck Wentzell also offered from this location.

We Offer Classes for All Levels

Beginners Classes are for anyone who would like to learn the basics of paddling, safety, and SUP yoga. These classes are for everyone!
All Levels Classes are for beginners and experienced yogis. Class is taught to the experience of the entire class. The program maybe modified or more intense, depending on the overall experience of the group. This can also be for the first timer SUP yogi who has yoga experience or has some paddling experience.
Advanced Classes are for participants who have both yoga and paddling experience and may have taken SUP classes before.
Restorative Classes feature gentle, slow yoga that focuses on healing and meditation. Poses are gentle and transitions between poses are modified.

This beautiful area was named for Rachel Carson, a world-renowned marine biologist, author, and environmentalist. Enjoy a truly empowering experience in the swaying marsh grasses, the scene of wheeling birds, and flowing in calm waters.

Exeter Boat Launch 223 Water Street Exeter, NH 03833

As we flow on our board, we get to enjoy the serene and beauty of Exeter on the Squamscott River. The river is the home to marshes and tidal creeks. Nesting osprey can be found downriver from the boat ramp.
